Tipple Tuesday: The Banshee

There are many Irish demons, witches, and ghosts to explore. This is a culture I can truly celebrate. Today, however, we'll honor the Banshee (in the hope that we never see her) with a toast to long life for all the people of Irish descent.

The Banshee is known as a wailing ghost. She is a messenger of death and a bad omen if you see her, my friends. In Welsh folklore, she is also known as the Hag of the Mist. I think the best way to keep her at bay is with a cocktail. At least that's what I tell myself.  Slainte!

Banshee

1 shot of Irish Whiskey
1 shot of Irish Mist

Serve in a Collins glass with crushed ice
