Tipple Tuesday: Ursula Martini

This is absolutely the craziest cocktail I have read about. I'm not sure I could even try this one, but I'd sure like to serve it. I present to you The Ursula Martini from Food & Wine Co in Bethesda, MD.

Squid Martini

The Ursula Martini
Brown Sugar and Lemon Wedge for rim
1 ounce Vodka
1 ounce Triple Sec
1 ounce Blanco Vermouth
1 ounce of Lemon Juice
Several drops of Squid Ink
Squid Tentacle for garnish (yep, you read that right)

Rub a chilled martini glass with a lemon wedge and then roll in brown sugar.
Mix the vodka through the lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into a glass and add a few drops of squid ink.
Swirl with a toothpick.
Garnish with a tentacle.
