Tiny Terrors Tuesday: Michael R Miniatures

I know we've missed a few Tiny Terrors Tuesdays these last few weeks. My attention has been elsewhere. Sorry about that and thank you for waiting patiently. I first started following Michael R Miniatures last spring and posted about the shop in April .  Michael Robbins has listed some new spooky miniatures in the last week that I want to show you.  1/12th Scale Pumpkins Skull Stack Dome Magical Flower Cart Grave Stones Eye Bottles Toadstool Gigantica If you're creating a herbarium or a witch's cottage, you need to take a look at this shop. The pots of flowers with teeth are worth your time.

Whimspookal Pottery: Dirt On Your Skirt

Dan Dudley's bio says that he "views everyday images with a humorous twist." That's why I'm pretty sure that the pieces I'm about to show you from the potter team of Dan and Lori Dudley are most likely made by Dan. They have what I like to call a whimspookal character to them. The pieces give a nod to dark subjects with a light touch and a grin. The shop is Dirt on Your Skirt .    Devil Pepper Bowl Skeleton Sculpture Bride and Groom Busts Skull Bowl Pirate Skeleton with Dagger Skeleton Spirit Bottle Fun, right? I'm seriously need to think about collecting more bride and groom skeletons after seeing these figures. My husband and I were married on the 30th of October after all.

It's Back In Stock!

I'm interrupting this regularly scheduled Halloween art post to let you know that the must-have summer hat of the season from Witching Hour Baby is back in stock! I was so excited when I looked at my email this morning notifying me that the Strange & Unusual Black Straw Hat could be mine that I squealed with delight. Anyone who loves Beetlejuice needs this hat. By 5:30 AM this morning I had purchased my hat. Don't delay on this one because I have a feeling they're going to sell out fast again. And while you're in the shop, take a look around. There are lots of baby, toddler, and kids clothes for the Goth family, but you'll also find some cool adult clothing as well. Let's have a look. Ghost Cardigan Weirdo T-shirt Bat Finger Puppet Goth Hair Clip Pumpkin Patch Posse Enamel Pin This is a great shop to bookmark because you just might need to find a baby gift for a strange and unusual family- we all know one.

Mystical Jewelry: Cat Boulet Design

Catherine Boulet believes that crystals are the DNA of earth. She uses them in her polymer clay jewelry pieces that are so detailed you would think the pieces were made from metal. They're earthy and glow with magic. The shop is Cat Boulet Design . Forest Necklace with Moonstone Lucky Cat Paw Necklace Buffalo Bone Moon Amulet Snake Planchette Necklace Mother Goddess Necklace Luna Moth & Crescent Moon Necklace These necklaces are gorgeous! You'll definitely want to wear them with simple black so that they stand out.

Halloween Paper Mâché: Wire Paper Paste N Paint

Although Wire Paper Paste N Paint doesn't specialize in Halloween art, there are several paper mâché skeletons here that caught my eye. These sculptures are fun! The larger sculptures are made with a beer bottle as a support. If you enjoy paper mâché art you should definitely visit the shop. Skeleton Lady Skeleton Girl in Gold Dress Ornament Skeleton Lady in Black Skeleton Coyote from Beer Bottle Skeleton Halloween Ornament I have a fondness for paper mâché art and just love these little ornaments!

Old World Magic: Black Ink Void

I found more pen and ink drawings that I really like. They're by Gavyn Dylan and they portray scenes of old world magic. Beautifully detailed, each drawing takes me to a world far away from this one, and sometimes escape is a good thing. The shop is Black Ink Void . Battle End Print The Cailleach Three Heads Old Man Winter The Ghost and the Raven   Taste of Hemlock There are some original pieces in the shop that I'd love to own. I need to fix my pocketbook first.
