"Yikes!" That's what I said when I first saw the scary doll portraits from Nicola Turville. You might think they were drawn by someone very unstable. I'm sure that's not the case- no offense, Nicola, but these are very creepy. That doesn't mean that I don't like them. In fact I love them! I secretly think all children can be a bit evil so these fit right into my world narrative. The shop is

These are squarely in the Dark Art genre. They're macabre with a touch of insanity and we're all, at some point, on the edge of crazy.
