Safari Anomalous makes props, masks, and costumes and she started making monocles as an accessory. They were so popular that a side shop was opened called
S. Anomalous just to carry them. Phillips's monocles are more than just a piece of glass with a few flourishes, she creates maniacal monocles. It would be worth the effort to design an entire costume around them.
