It's not like the old days when you could wait till August to start thinking about your Halloween costume. There are costume balls regularly popping up all over the place and you really need to have your costumes in order. Sometimes all you need is an awesome hat to make a so-so costume perfect.
Bella Bows is a hat shop you need to know about. Milliner, Sheena Stewart, considers herself a sculptor at heart and it shows in her hats. Each hat is beautifully crafted and the designs, hundreds of them, are amusing and clever.
I'm in love with all the gothic bonnets in the shop, but if you have a thing for donuts and cake you should check out those hats too. There are also several hats with some deranged, half-eaten bunny ears that might be perfect for Easter. We should all have one of those.
